Central Distro Inc. is a B2B dynamic and rapidly growing company operating in the vaping industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team and help us expand our market presence.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify target markets, segments, and demographics, and tailor sales approaches accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to management.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the vaping industry or a related field. Experience in (B2B) sales is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present product features effectively.
Sales Techniques: Proficient in consultative selling, relationship-building, and objection handling. Ability to negotiate deals, close sales, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Self-Motivation: Driven by sales targets and motivated to achieve and exceed goals. Proactive in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience and skills will be considered.
